contents. Our franchisees use state of the art equipment and processes to ensure
safe and efficient drying of homes and businesses. What's different about our
service is that we have the ability to dry your home or office without pulling the
carpet and pad up, and we can dry your walls without replacing them. Overall it's
less intrusive, so customers prefer it as opposed to having walls torn down and
moving furniture so carpets can be pulled up and replaced. Most jobs are paid for
by the insurance company of the homeowner, and insurace statistics are freely available

Franchise Training and Support
2 week owner's training in Seattle. All initial training is required to be completed
at the corporate headquarters. We utilize a state of the art "flood house" to provide
franchisees with "hands on" training. Also, the franchise fee covers training for
4 people, so most franchisees bring their initial employees (if any) with them.Franchisees
must be comfortable operating in both a blue collar and a white collar world. Franchisees
will communicate with both contractors and insurance companies, for example. With
a spectrum of blue collar v. white collar prospects, our ideal franchisee would
be somewhere near the middle, probably leaning slightly toward the blue collar side.
Also, franchisees must be very customer service oriented.
