Franchise Training and Support
Initial training is in San Antonio, TX (headquarters) for 5 days. This training includes introductions and in-depth education in marketing, recruiting, software, operations, etc. On-site training is provided the following week at franchise location. This training consists of hands-on "on the job" training by a Franchise Business Consultant to include marketing, interviewing, software - billing, scheduling, etc. Training continues with weekly phone calls as well as quarterly visits by Franchise Business Consultant. Additional training and support is available as needed.
