Franchise Training and Support
Upon executing the Franchise Agreement, new franchisees come to Salt Lake City, Utah for 3-5 days of general operations training. There is also a 4-5 day repair program training, which certifies franchisees as Grade 2 cell phone repair technicians. The franchisor or corporate representative will go to the franchisee's Cell Again for 3 days of training before or on the grand opening of the location.
