Franchise Training and Support
DOTI is an executive business model. The Role of the franchisee is to act as the CEO of their organization and leave the day-to-day operations to a Store Manager who in turn manages a team of 6-8 Design Consultants. This frees up the franchisees time to focus on running the business side of the business and open multiple units and truly grow a significant business. We publish an Earnings Claim that shows AUV of over $1.6 million with net income of $250K+.
