Franchise Training and Support
Training is conducted at DUCTZ World Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This 29,000 Sq. Ft., state-of-the-art facility is home to an enclosed Particle House designed to simulate problematic environmental conditions, along with the variety of HVAC systems and duct work owners will encounter. DUCTZ understands that franchisee preparedness is their top priority, and this preparation will lead to a maximum level of success. Training is two weeks in length with the first being business/sales related classroom training followed by certified field training. Owners will obtain Air Systems Cleaning Specialist Certification (ASCS) at the end of training through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). Ongoing support, additional training and certification opportunities are available.
