Here at The Cleaning Authority, our origins date back to 1977. Since that time,
we've performed over 650,000 cleans, and the number continues to grow every
day.
In addition, we've also used that time to develop and refine what we believe
to be the most complete package of franchisee systems, services and support in the
industry. It's a package designed to give you a clear advantage over every other
competitor out there.
Basically, it consists of 5 separate, highly effective elements:
- Prime, protected territories
- Training and support programs
- Direct mail program
- Package Plan Rotation System
- Proprietary software tracking program
First, you'll have a choice of prime, protected territories across the country.
Although we've been developing and refining our system since 1977, we didn't
begin our franchising program until 1996. Therefore, by joining us now, you're
getting in early enough to virtually hand-pick your home territory. And the home
territories we offer are twice the size of those offered by nearly all our competitors.

personnel, using our Package Plan Rotation System, and getting the most out of our
direct mail program. In short, you may come into our training program knowing very
little, but we guarantee you'll walk out feeling like an old pro.
Third, to help you attract new customers and build your business, you'll have
our proven direct mail program.
When starting a new business, the first question most people ask is, "How are
we going to get customers?" And our answer is simple. We've got an established
direct mail program that will bring them in for you. In other words, we'll find
the potential customers, we'll send out the mailers, and all you'll have
to do is take their calls and schedule their in-home estimates.
Fourth, to maintain a high level of customer service, you'll have our Package
Plan Rotation System.
Most cleaning services just send in their teams to clean at random. At The Cleaning
Authority, our Package Plan Rotation System is a carefully organized, completely-detailed
plan that tells your cleaners exactly what to do in each house, each visit. It organizes
and streamlines their work, it saves them time, and it ensures both a quality clean

Franchise Training and Support
Two-week home office training. Following this training we continually keep you on
track with periodic on-site visits and weekly phone calls. Added to that support,
operations personnel are assigned to you during each phase of growth. We also offer
a weekly newsletter, regularly scheduled training sessions, and of course, we're
always just a phone call away.
