Franchise Training and Support

and subsequent training sessions in the franchisee territory. Training encompasses:
sales, operations, marketing, sales management and financial management. On-going
training is conducted through training seminars, national conferences and personal
visits. It is a perpetual process. Outgoing, with great people skills. Not necessarily
a sales background, but someone not afraid of the sales process. (They will need
to understand that it is a direct sales B2B franchise and it is crucial to the success
of the business that they make sales calls everyday). Some work-related experience,
