Franchise Training and Support
21 week program starts with 3 weeks at home pre-training followed by 1 week training
at our state-of-the-art franchise development center in Dallas, Texas. 16 weeks
are on the job training. Final week back in Dallas for drapery training. Ongoing
support from a staff with over 80 years experience in the window coverings industry.
Factory training seminars are available throughout the country. Daily then weekly
and monthly follow-up and continued training and support through personal Business
Development Managers and Coaches.
