Franchise Training and Support
The actual physical training takes place at our home office in Cincinnati, OH over 2 intense weeks. The number 1 goal of our training is to teach our new strong owners how to successfully operate the unique HomeTeam business and operational model. There are high level presentations from experts in business startup, marketing, financial, and legal along with select key vendors. Then, our technical home inspection training takes over with professional presentations on every system of the home. Training includes field work on both the marketing side as well as actual home inspections. But the full HomeTeam training experience is so much more than just these 2 weeks. We take each new owner through a comprehensive Fast Start program that works them through a chronological 120-step checklist. This proven and experienced process is the best system ever developed in the home inspection franchise industry to properly prepare owners for business success.
