Franchise Training and Support
1. Pre-Training Kit is sent upon receipt of the signed franchise agreement 2. Staff
takes care of your stay at Northwest Forest (NWF) ICED Headquarters in Cypress,
Texas 3. Make arrangements for your mid-training visit home 4. Training at the NWF
campus lasts three weeks and two days 5. You are trained in what you need to run
your business and serve your customers 6. Arrange one on one training with instructors
if needed before graduation 7. After you open, you or your staff may attend training
at no charge (except for airfare) as long as there is a training class in session
8. Visits and training in the field include for installation, opening specialist,
sales launch and operations trainer visits.
