The Locallife Regional Developer Franchise is the only such model in which the Regional Owner / Operator has its own Regional Products and Revenue Streams in addition to traditional royalty sharing. We operate individual local online neighborhood directories (Single Unit Franchise) with a Regional “Umbrella” that the Regional Developer promotes and from which, receives revenue. Each Single Unit Franchise has a recurring revenue model that blossoms financially as business clients are added year over year.
Franchise Training and Support
The training facilities are located at our US headquarters in San Diego, CA. For Regional Developers we offer one week of specific training and then one week of Single Unit training as the Regional Developer is required to operate a minimum of four Single Units. We then offer a third week of training in the Regional Developers territory during their launch.
