Franchise Training and Support
Two rounds of training are required for the Mountain Mudd Espresso franchise. The first happens at the University of Mudd in Billings, MT and usually lasts about 3 days. During that time, you will study the business and products through both classroom setting and real life experience in one of our corporate stores. The cost of attending the training is the responsibility of the franchisee. After that training is complete and delivery of your kiosk has been scheduled, we will send a trainer to your site to be with you during your initial opening. The trainer will stay with you for an average of 5 days. The cost of this round of training is paid for by Mountain Mudd Espresso.
