We are dedicated to providing the highest quality, best tasting, made to order noodle and global pasta dishes available in the industry today. We fill the void between the typical fast food outlet and a full service dining experience that is both costly and time consuming. Within 12 minutes of entering one of our restaurants, customers are enjoying a wok-seared bowl of shrimp and noodles or a freshly tossed salad for less than they could ever pay at a full service restaurant.
Nothing but Noodles was created with a simple goal in mind: to create high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients and sell them at reasonable prices in a hip, non-tipping atmosphere. A few years, quite a few bowls, and several restaurants late, this goal remains the same.

We provide franchisees with all the necessary training required to locate, build and operate a Nothing but Noodles restaurant in a chosen market. From site selection and negotiating the lease to constructing the store and performing daily operations, our staff will be there to assist you.
