Training and Support
Bill Bray, Training Director, was the former SE Regional Training Manager for YUM Brands and has been with Patrice & Associates for over 5 years. There will be 2 days of virtual training (Thurs & Fri) then Sunday franchisee flys to Atlanta, GA for a week of classroom training. There will be role playing, interviewing instructions, guest speakers and homework. Once they leave training the franchisee will partner with Mark Brunelli, Franchise Director. Mark was the #1 recruiter for P&A for 7 years and he will work daily with the franchisee. 30 days later Mark will physically go work one-on-one with the franchisee in his office location. 60 days later we work with the franchisee on their Grand Opening and Patrice, President and Amber, VP of Franchising, always attend each Grand Opening.
