Training and Support

Carpet Network's training begins the just after the Agreement is signed with our In-Home Study to prepare for Carpet College. Much of the In-Home Study is done through the Internet and on various websites. The new owner would also receive his/her tablet computer with our proprietary software to begin navigating and getting comfortable with. Once In-Home Training is complete the new owner would attend a very thorough 6-day training in Mt. Laurel, NJ—Carpet College.

We review all aspects of the new owners business to make sure they have all of the tools they need to be successful once they leave our training. Examples of topics covered include marketing, salesmanship, product information, measuring, how to use their tablet computer, color and design, administrative duties and so much more! Carpet Network owners take advantage of our 24/7 support line Ongoing meetings and webinars Extensive Intranet System that allows them to look up all information covered at training, cost information, communicate with the Home Office as well as their peers. Annual Convention We are constantly training our owners and giving them the tools they need to stay ahead of the trends and cater to all of the various needs their customers may have.
