TRAINING

Any working experience you bring to Environment Control is a plus, but we know most people have never run their own business. During the initial training and follow-up, we focus on the areas where you need to learn and develop.

Initial Training – A five-day seminar combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience in all phases of company operation.

On-Site Training – An Environment Control representative comes to your franchise four times the first year.

On-Going Training – You are assigned an Operations contact who calls regularly to guide you through each step of development.

On-Line Support – Environment Control’s on-line Operations Manual has detailed procedures for all aspects of the business.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

Bookkeeping – Environment Control’s Accounting Department is one of the most important elements of our business program. Services include invoicing,

payroll, accounts payable, financial reports, tax deposits, etc.

Insurance – Environment Control’s Insurance Department negotiates and coordinates master policies for liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance. This department also processes claims, secures special coverage, and resolves concerns.

Sales – Our Operations Department provides comprehensive sales training. Our sales program and personalized materials provide everything you need to build your customer base.
