Spectrum Home Services commitment to training:
We have the best training in the business. We back this statement up with a unparallel
commitment in time, money and personal attention to our new franchisees. Each new
franchise has 6 days of training at corporate headquarters. After initial training
at corporate each franchisee is assigned a business coach and is put on the 12 week
steps to success program. During the 12 week steps to success program the franchisee
is contacted daily by the business coach to ensure a fast ramp up of the business.
Also, the business coach will visit the franchisees’ location on week 2 and week
5 to assist the franchisee in marketing and business development. After successful
completion of the 12 week steps to success program SHS Franchising offers continuing
education through Spectrum University.
