The benefits of Snip-its franchise include: 1. The Snip-its experience, its characters,
games, stories, and store design are all trademarked elements unique to The Snip-its
Corporation. These core advantages will be available to Snip-its franchisees through
our franchise license agreement and will ensure superior differentiation against
any and all competitors. 2. The Snip-its Corporation has also developed and patented
the only truly complete line of haircare products formulated just for kids. Snip-its
Tearless Shampoos and Bodywashes in strawberry, grape, and banana flavors are the
staples, while specialty shampoos, conditioning products, styling aids, and our
famous Magic Cream round out the Snip-its product line. Snip-its franchisees will
be required to carry these products in their salons. 3. Quality haircuts and exceptional
customer service represent the foundation of Snip-its success. In order to ensure
high performance levels in each of these areas, the company has designed its own
proprietary training program for all franchisees, store managers, stylists, and
receptionists. Our training programs are directly responsible for our low employee
