Franchise Description
Tilden is a complete automotive repair and service franchise. Our stores offer a
complete menu of services so that they can accommodate the customer. Tilden is a
family run business and can be operated either by the owner or by a manager. When
a customer comes into one of our shops they know they will receive the best service
anywhere. We provide everything from site selection, financing assistance, to support
in setting up the operation and trainging for as long as you are a franchisee. Tilden
is the most flexible company out there when it comes to working with franchisees.Tilden
has a royalty structure set up to benefit the franchisee. Our royalties are 6% or
a minimum of $350 per week whichever is greater. But, for a new franchisee we will
give them the first month free, and a handful of months without out the minimum.
This way they can put that extra money into advertising.
Franchise Training and Support
We offer a complete trainging program to new and old franchisees. Once they find
a location they can expect two weeks of corporate training at any one of our designated
training centers. Once your store opens, Our Director of Operations will spend a
week at your location for further training. You will receive any help and assistance
after the initial training and for as long as you are a franchisee.
