Franchise Description
Vanguard Cleaning Systems is a franchisor of commercial cleaning services. Vanguard
is seeking Master Franchisees for large metro areas or states that will 1) recruit
unit franchisees and 2) secure commercial cleaning contracts for them. In essence,
the Master Franchisee is in the franchising or franchise development business.1)
Recurring revenue streams from unit franchisee royalty and administrative fees (15%)
2) Business to business 3) Revenue from selling unit franchises 4) Proprietary software
5) Relatively recession resistant.Regional offices, either company owned or Master
franchised, are in Class B office space with approximately 1,500 square feet and
centrally located within the territory. These offices house the regional staff and
are used to recruit unit franchisees.
Franchise Training and Support
Master Franchisees are provided training in the Vanguard regional offices in California
for approximately 2 weeks. In addition, there may be some training in nearby Master
Franchisee regional offices.Strong sales and business management skills required.
Typical Master Franchisees are corporate executives who feel comfortable dealing
with blue collar unit franchisees and white collar commercial cleaning accounts.
Liquidity should be at least $150,000. Initial franchise fee will range from $75,000
to $300,000, depending on the amount of territory purchased.
