it is a national business coaching, sales and marketing training and strategic advisory
company that operates through a network of partners and independent operators. This
is a franchise therefore you receive a safe and proven system with ongoing support.
The ongoing support is the best in the market 2 hours per week for the term of the
contract. Each independent operator owns his own business and retains operational
control over that business. This is a high profile business, working with business
owners, CEOs and sales executives. We brand under the name Winfree Marketing & Sales
Institute Results Guaranteed! (trademark).We guarantee results we coach for results
unlike others who coach over time. Other sales training and coaching companies charge
for specific events, including seminars and specific classes; or they charge a set
fee that allows the client to attend classes for a specific length of time. WMSI
contracts to work with the client until he/she achieves a mutually agreed upon goal.
Results Guaranteed resonates with CEOs and business owners that have spent money
on training in the past, with no tangible results to show for it.
Franchise Training and Support
Initial training lasts for 4 days and is conducted every month. We also send a coach
on site for at least 2 days. The ongoing support is 2 days every week and 2 complete
days every 4 months with all owners meeting nationally. This will help ensure their
success as a coach. We also recommend a minimum 5 years of business/sales experience.
Absentee Ownerships is available, Winfree will assist with recruitment, training
and coaching of a coach/salesperson/manager for a fee of $40,000.
